Shipping & Returns
Items ship from Toronto within 3 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages. Overnight shipping is not available.
Canadian orders ship through Canada Post with an estimated delivery of 2-8 business days depending upon destination. Canadian orders will have applicable provincial taxes added to the total.
USA & International
When shipping outside of Canada, the receiver is responsible for any local import duties and/or taxes. You may contact your local customs office for more information.
Lorette will accept merchandise in its original unused condition, excluding bottoms, for eshop credit or exchange, within 14 days from the ship date.
All sale and discounted items (including promotion code) are final sale.
To be eligible, items must not have been worn, altered or washed, must remain in original packaging with all tags attached. For online order returns, please email us at email@example.com for a return shipping label and ship your return within 3 days of receiving your label.
Allow up to 3 business days for the exchange to be processed and re-shipped after the item is received. A notification email will be sent to the email address that was used when placing the original order.

EXCHANGING OUTSIDE OF CANADA
For international exchanges, choose a shipping method that provides trackable and insured service, as Lorette Lingerie is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
