Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped ASAP from USA via USPS or UPS. You will receive an email confirmation complete with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Lorette is not responsible for any shipping delays including lost or damaged packages.
Lorette applies the following shipping rates for these destinations:
- US Flat rate: $8 USD [FREE for orders $150+]
- US Express 2-day flat rate: $14 USD
- Shipping to Canada flat rate: $11 USD
- Shipping to Europe and rest of the world: $20 USD
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The means and costs of returning your order are offered FREE of charge by Lorette, subject to a limit of one return per order.

You may email us at hello@lorettelingerie.com with your order number and Returns as the subject (Order # Returns). Please include the reason for your return, along with the merchandise style name in the body of the email.
- We will accept merchandise in its original unused condition within 30 days of your purchase.
- All sale and discounted items (excluding first time purchase) are final sale.
- To be eligible, items must not have been worn, altered or washed, must remain in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Upon approval of a return or exchange, you must ship the product back within 5 days to qualify for the return or exchange.
- Allow up to 3 business days for the exchange to be processed and re-shipped after the item is received. A notification email will be sent to the email address that was used when placing the original order.
EXCHANGING OUTSIDE OF USA
For international exchanges, choose a shipping method that provides trackable and insured service, as Lorette Lingerie is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
